With over 10 years of experience as seasoned senior leader myself, my approach is to tailor your coaching program specifically to your needs in order to empower individuals like you to unlock your full potential, overcome challenges, and create meaningful connections in your life.

Helping people connect to their work, their teams, their fellow executives, their organizations, their friends, their family, and ultimately to themselves is what I am known for. I am predominately seen as a fellow leader who can empathize with your experience and guide you to create new pathways, connect you with transformative resources, share proven tools and tactics, and train you in new methodologies to help you grow.
I am intimately familiar with the challenges leaders face and the complexity of the culture particularly as it pertains to often being the only woman in the room. I am well versed in the multiple leadership trainings and Lean Six-Sigma Problem Solving model, of which I have over 400 hours of teaching and facilitating, and am trained as a certified PMI Project Management Coach.
During my time at Boeing, I received my Executive MBA while onboarding to the 777x as a Senior Leader, and this experience is paramount to the skills, leadership training, and gravitas I bring to my current & new clients.
Recently, as a Director at Expedia, I have created new organizations and implemented new procedures around service delivery, marketing operations, partnership development, and leadership development. Including:
Managing our partnerships with Google, Microsoft, and Amazon where I lead our new enterprise joint business plans and act as the key strategist with the other executives on these accounts for future roadmaps
Facilitating organizational change, effective teaming, and decision making sessions
Performing root cause analysis on engagement scores to effectively improve company culture
As an executive coach in Seattle with my particular background, I have a large network to draw on as well for endless coaching partnerships, mentorships, and guides. They say it takes a village to raise a child, I say it takes a whole city to raise an executive.
In conclusion, the heart of my program is not to take you through some cookie-cutter approach that has the 5 steps to success but rather to support you where you are at currently and tailor a program specifically to you.
